IAR 我没装ccs
装 IAR 的时候， 最后会要求装一个 TI Emulator， 这个是默认装在CCS 目录下的， 你是不是这个没装？

问题提示里也提到是找不到仿真器包文件，这个文件是你使用仿真器前要安装的。
