我感觉好像msp432p401r.h文件有问题，有没有以前的，我替换看看

    我好像是懂了，以前的版本配置中断向量是NVIC_ISER0 = 1 << ((INT_EUSCIA3 - 16) & 31); 而现在是 NVIC->ISER[0] = 1 << ((EUSCIA3_IRQn) & 31);你那是可以运行的，非常感谢哈！

原来定义变量的方式改成了数组的形式。
