我是XDS100V3仿真器的使用者，最近在CCSV6.1的环境下对TM4C1294NCPDT进行调试，但是仿真器的test connection测试不通过，错误提示如下：
The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken.
An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed.
The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken
with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault.
