I am trying to program my new TMS570 launchpad but no matter which CCS version I use I cannot get the board to show up or the processor to show up. I have tried the newest CCS, CCS 12.8.1, and CCS 11.0. Which version of CCS should I use or is there a fix for one of the versions I already have downloaded?
Additionally, when I attempt to download HET-IDE I get an HTTPS error 500 no matter what device or browser I use. Any help would be appreciated.
