段时间部分芯片是不会烧毁的，理论上，上限电压是4.2V，超过了这个一段时间肯定会坏，说是上限，实际上你真4.2V工作的话，好多都可能烧坏，所以一般最好别试试。弄个LDO，或者实在不行，搞个分压电阻也是可以凑合凑合的。
MSP430F5529工作电压官方说的是1.8-3.6V
如果你非超过，好多内部的IO电路会损坏，就是整体表现还能用，实际上已经好多元件损坏了，最好别乱搞，你如果想控制5V的外设，最好通过外部驱动电路，比如三极管电路或者驱动芯片之类的。
即使是短时间，也强烈不建议您接5V供电
