你这个问题太宽了，找到直流电机的手册，弄懂他的驱动原理，然后根据硬件接线图，编写驱动程序。
通过pwm来控制电机运动速度，现在只是简单的配置端口能让它转的，可是不能控制速度
速度应该是由你PWM频率决定的，不过具体需要弄清电机的原理，针对实际情况进行修改。
控制速度是靠PWM脉冲来实现的，反馈是靠电流采样来实现闭环算法。
建议你参考我们C2000的算法。
