一般来说TIVA可以通过ICDI/XDS100/jlink/ulink以及arm出的仿真器来下载。在线烧录的话，可以用lmflash和j-flash来快速下载，还有什么下载方式呢？
在线烧写的话，可以用LMflash，jflash以及官方支持的编译器来实现烧写。可以用ICDI/XDS100/jlink/ulink来实现。
