TM4C129ENCPDT的PD1引脚用作GPIO口没有反应,相邻的PD0,PD2,PD3使用都正常，是不是需要解锁？
另外数据手册中,这里的PE[7]是什么意思，TM4C129ENCPDT好像并没有PE6和PE7........
128脚的确实没有PE7的，212脚的应该才有这个PE7脚的。这里可以忽略这句话。
