tm4c129网络升级的例程怎么用？

最近要用TM4C129的网络升级功能，向开发板分别烧了boot_emac_flash和boot_demo_flash两个例程的程序 ，显示如界面。

然后对图中的IP地址进行ping测试 ,发现ping 不通，用Eflash.exe 更是不能下载程序 ，是不是我哪里用错了？求大神指教？
