还是说这个虚拟的串口只能用来烧写程序？

这个串口就是通信用的，烧录是通过JTAG口
这个虚拟串口，说是虚拟，本质上还是连接的TM4C的串口0，只不过是相当于把ICDI看成一个usb转TTL就好了。本质上还是串口通讯。
