    应该是驱动没有安装好吧。你看看能找到调试器的驱动吗？

    1.先检查ICDI驱动是否安装成功，可以电脑硬件属性中查看

    2.利用lunchpad下载一个EK-TM4C123gxl例程，检查烧录功能是否正常 C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.1.71\examples\boards\ek-tm4c123gxl
