最近使用TMS320F28062Q做产品，发现发热严重，查规格书，发现底下的PowerPAD要接地，但是规格书及相关资料都没有给出80Pin片子散热焊盘尺寸，麻烦知道的朋友能给出参考资料，谢谢啦！
