could not initialize the target device.please power cycle  the board and try again!昨天还能用，一晚上过去后就不行了，

然后在LM FLASH Programmer工具中，选择ICDI ,设计JTAG ,1OOK,在第三栏中FLASH Utlities中点击Erase擦除Flash，出现

**error**：unable to initialize target_0!

请问这是什么情况
