该怎么延时？在初始化的时候加系统延时不管用！

tm4c123gh6pm,例程用来产生2路PWM，现在想两路相位不一样，不知道怎么处理了
官方有个delay的延时函数的，肯定管用，怎么看出不管用呢？这个函数肯定是可以用的
SysCtlDelay(SysCtlClockGet() / 10 / 3);
这句系统延时是没问题，两路信号加了还是同步的，估计延时位置没有加对
还是没有配置对。
