使用ccs6.2，使用cc3200开发板在debug调试时，打开串口工具的情况下，debug程序，提示“Error connecting to the target”，把串口工具关闭就可以正常debug程序到开发板。烧录是正常的。
因为你的串口工具占用了串口，那么CCS就没有办法使用串口了，这个优先级是谁先用，谁优先级高。
不能用串口工具怎么查看程序运行的结果呢，我记得之前是可以的。就是debug的时候运行teraterm
