程序执行到这条代码时，单片机复位，并且调试报错***JLink Error: Can not read register 60 (FPS27) while CPU is running。

这句应该没什么问题的，在不加断点的情况下，这条代码可以被执行吗。是否可以执行成功，全速运行试试。
尝试下在调试选项里debug->setting->debug->connect & reset options->reset 选项设置改为autodetect 。
