给楼主个建议，TI的芯片基本上每个系列都有几款官方出的开发板，通常这些开发板都具备仿真器和下载烧录功能的。如果不确定用哪种，可以买一块官方的开发板，就都清楚了，不买其实也可以知道，就是下载开发板对应的手册，上面都有明确的说明。
