BLDC集成控制方案芯片资料

    您好！

    请问DRV91670这款芯片的资料在官网怎么搜不到呢？目前具我了解，这是一款集成了MCU、运放、MOSFET驱动等的集成芯片，请问该芯片是只针对某些客户开放吗？该芯片有类似的替代产品吗？

    这款芯片属于定制芯片，具体您可以到其它模拟产品咨询。

    DRV91670是定制芯片，不对外销售，目前没有像DRV91670这样的集成控制芯片。

    无刷直流电机驱动器可以在以下页面找到：

        我知道几种芯片符合你的要求！

         （1）Motor Contorller：根据Hall自动输出PWM换向信号，支持BLDC、PMSM！有Fairchild的FCM8201/2、ONsemi的MC33035；

         （2）带CPU的Motor Contorller：FCM8531之前是Fairchild的产品，现转到Spintrol旗下，支持Sensorless Field-Oriented Control (FOC），51 core。或IR（现被Infineon收购）的IRMCF143S，也支持Sensorless Field-Oriented Control (FOC），51 core。

           他们都属于Motor Contorller，需要外加Driver，如MOS、IPM/SPM、IGBT等。
