这个开发板调试编程不需要额外再找个JTAG调试器，因为这个板子自带了调试器，TI的LaunchPad开发板均自带编程器。不需要外接其他的编程器，同时可以为你自己做的系统板提供编程烧录和调试服务，看上面的插针。
