第一次画28032控制板，然后烧程序的时候可以启动也能烧进程序，但烧过后给它独立上电的时候却无法自启动，再给它烧程序后又能启动。这是什么问题求大神回复。是不是跟晶振匹配电路有关系。和软件有关系吗？
