你使用的在线版吗？使用离线版的安装包试试，我windows7也是出现过这个问题，卸载重新安装就好了。

make sure the system temporary directory has full permissions, or
if you cannot change permissions on the system TEMP directory, then run the installer on a Windows command prompt with the --temp parameter (as indicated in the message) and specify a different temp directory that has full permissions (it could be any folder that you create on your machine). 如果是Offline安装，请先解压后再进行安装。

看这个错误提示：不要从C盘的临时文件夹执行，你的权限不够，你肯定是下载了压缩包，没有解压，直接双击就运行了，然后解压到了临时文件，就是C盘这个，开始执行，这样你不会获取系统权限的。你需要解压到除了C盘外的其他目录（这个目录不能有中文命名的路径），下面最好的是个梨子，让你换到E盘，解压到E盘的某个文件夹执行安装就可以了。
