在win7系统安装CCS7.3时出现相应的告警信息，我是offline安装的，具体问题参考图片
我也碰过这样的问题，多装几次自己就好了。
看这个路径，你是不是没有先解压出来，直接在压缩包双击运行了？这样不行的，需要先解压出来，再以管理员身份运行安装文件。
建议解压后安装，可以避免一些未知问题
