黑色板子出问题后，红色的板子也不能连接电脑了，插入时设备管理器没有更新新设备，但LaunchPad引脚的电压和指示灯全都正常。换过电脑和数据线也不能连接。一直报下面的错

但根据您现在的描述，我更倾向于是调试探针固件与操作系统不兼容导致的。这主要适用于XDS110和XDS200。要验证这一点，您可以检查XDS110和XDS200的“固件更新”部分中显示的步骤。

The debug probe firmware is incompatible with the OS. This is mostly applicable to XDS110 and XDS200.

若是可以的话，请您给出板子的照片，看是否是跳线等是否有问题以及查看板子的版本

另外若是您有其他调试器的话，可以尝试外接一下，看是否是硬件本身的问题

很抱歉，目前手里没有其他的调试器。昨天看了您发的网址，因为我的USB设备不显示，我进行了以下步骤：进入DFU模式，但是没有检测到任何设备。

目前我有两块板子，黑色的版本确实和CCS8.0不兼容，两块板子都不能识别的问题，出现在我用黑色板子连接电脑并进行更新后出。下面是照片。现在我在努力恢复红色板子，接通USB时测试红色板子上引脚的电压值全部正常，请问是否有办法判断板子的主控芯片或者其他地方是否烧毁了？

在使用DFU模式时，如果未找到状态，请重试步骤1到3，使其回到DFU模式并刷新引导加载程序。

如 software-dl.ti.com/.../emu_xds110.html 所示

To flash the custom bootloader, the XDS110 must be acknowledged by the host Operating System - in other words, either the Windows Control Panel, macOS System Information or lsusb must show the USB device when it is plugged.

If that does not happen, the XDS110 needs to be forced into its ROM bootloader:

1. Disconnect the XDS110 from the USB port, powering it down.

2. Connect the JTAG TDO pin of the XDS110 TM4C1294NCPDT device (pin 97 of the 128-pin package device) to ground.

3. Re-connect the XDS110 to the USB port, powering it up. At this moment the XDS110 should be in DFU Mode.

进入DFU模式板子上的绿灯是不会亮吗？按照步骤操作，先接地，再插USB，然后断开接地，整个过程绿灯不亮，这样正常吗？然后在cmd里进行操作还是找到0个设备。

问题已经解决，是USB线的问题，新换了一根线就好了，

之前试过的线也都有问题，所以一定要多找线试一试
