我在使用TM4C1294N 和marvell的芯片以太网对的时候，采用电容隔离
发现TM4C1294N的需要通过49.9ohm 上拉到3V3，但是marvell这边不需要上拉
查了一下资料，发现这是电流型和电压型phy的对接，请问假如marvell这边不接上拉电阻
TM4C1294N 需要怎么修改，如下图，请帮忙看看，谢谢
