我有几个疑惑的问题

1.CPU的safety library 有一些API函数，如果我用此函数进行故障诊断的话，是不是需要在CPU硬件或者外设正常的前提下，如果能保证CPU的外设正常，我看介绍的时候有安全岛的架构.

2.例如在进行CPU CRC的计算是，使用CPU的CRC硬件，如何能保证CPU的CRC硬件正常？

3.CPU的是否有外设的诊断机制，在CPU运行期间此诊断机制是否一直在监控？如果出现异常如果响应
