因为之前用过EK-TM4C123GXL开发板，熟练使用Energia进行编程。该官方开发板的芯片是TM4C123GH6PM，请问使用TM4C123GH6PM芯片设计开发板，是否同样可以用Energia进行编程？需要怎么设计板卡可以实现呢？
