We've got the issue and escalated to e2e, please expect the response.
The expert is not sure all the external memory options for TM4C123x devices. Maybe memory that can be communicated with over a single SPI interface?
Typically memory expansion is done with TM4C129x devices which have Quad-SPI for NAND Flash and the EPI bus for SDRAM / PSRAM.
