MSP432-RTOS: MSP432如何配置ADC工作在1M采样率下？

我在使用syscfg配置ADC进行采样。采用的是ADCBUFF+DMA+TIM。使用的工具是syscfg。下面是我的详细配置。

测试发现，采样率上限卡在了500k。我通过DEBUG查看寄存器，发现定时器的触发频率计算后是1M，没有问题。不知道问题在哪里。
