最近在使用一个以太网通信的设备，板上通信CPU型号为LM3S6915，可是在TI官网上根本就找不到该芯片的技术资料，谷歌搜索同样找不到，从芯片Logo来看是TI的芯片无疑。
请问DeyiSupport：在哪里能找到该芯片的技术资料?
LM3Sxxxx系列应该是指：Ti收购过来的原luminary的cotex-M3内核的ARM芯片。例如我以前用过的的LM3s8962不光ti官网有资料，周立功还为它编写了中文教材，配合开发板一起出售。简言之，见连接：

如果是要选型ARM的MCU的话，推荐你采用TI公司最新的Tiva系列的M4内核的ARM，性能更强大，参考资料在以下链接中可以找到：

LM3s系列都不推荐使用了。现在都在用Tm4Cx系列了。
