在TMS570的HALCoGen例程中，有个example_rtiBlinky.c,请问该文件下的_enable_IRQ()函数体在哪儿？主要实现什么功能？
目前想在RTI定时器中断处理函数中触发另外一个中断让其执行相应任务，目前想到的只有软中断。有两个问题：
1)软中断优先级是否比IRQ的优先级低，也就是无法嵌套，需要等RTI中断处理执行完再执行软中断的处理函数？
2）如何触发软中断？没有找到相关案例
