下载了TI官网上最新的stellaris ICDI 驱动，插上miniUSB线和电脑相连接，点开任务管理器：

到这里下载最新的ICDI驱动。解压后手动浏览并逐个安装。
如果不行，尝试更换一台电脑，看是电脑的问题还是板子的问题。我们再WIN7下可以正常安装的。
