你好，BGA封装的IC可以从芯片官网上下载bxl格式的封装文件，如果官网上没有提供的话就需要自己按照datasheet提供的尺寸来画。BGA封装的芯片一般都是交给代工厂用贴片机焊接，不建议手工焊接。
