如果 CAN ID号码设置为0x000000 是否可以接收CAN总线上所有的CAN信息都可以接收？ 又如何读取CAN接收到的CAN ID号码及 CAN 数据？

要接收CAN总线上的所有信息，还需要把接收端的CAN ID mask 全设置为0.
读取CAN接收到的ID和数据的话，我们有相应的API函数。
具体你可以参考我们tiva-ware里面的example文件下的CAN的实例函数。
