看TM4C的API手册，好几处提到only be called on Blizzard-class devices。哪些设备是Bilizzard-class的，与其他MCU有什么不同？

针对于我们M4的产品命名规则，一般把TM4C123X级别的M4产品成为Blizzard，TM4C129X成为snowflake。
