TSW1200上电后芯片很烫

  TSW1200评估板上电后，不久芯片就变烫，却能下载程序。检查发现其中的U15（TPS73225）严重烫手，测两端电压，输入6v，输出2.5v.与原理图中的一致，但是查数据手册，最大输入电压是5.5V。这是什么原因
