我一开始在D盘安装成功了，后来因为无法下载程序，在C盘重新安装，安装步骤完全按照官方pdf中的步骤，第一次出现这个错误后，我把杀毒软件都关闭后还是会出现这个问题。。。
先把D盘的和C盘安装失败的都清理干净。然后下载离线版的CCS安装程序，重启电脑关闭所有的杀毒软件防火墙，应该就可以了。
离线版的安装程序不依赖于网络就可以安装。
