可是编译说没有这个变量，找数据手册也没说
源码包含头文件#include "inc/hw_ints.h"，然后工程设置里加入MCU名称的预定义。
例如：TARGET_IS_TM4C123_RB1 和PART_TM4C123GH6PGE，取决于你的芯片版本和处理器类型
