任何延时函数都不怎么准确，看应用场合要求高低了，采用汇编定时器定时中断才是比较准确的，此外也和系统频率稳定有着直接关系。
用for循环之类的定时不会非常准，因为有时候在循环时会不可预知的进入某些中断服务程序。如果你的中断频繁，中断服务程序又写得比较耗时，延迟就会有较大的误差。
精确的定时用定时器吧，Tiva C那么多GPtimer还有systick都可以定时。
