我需要实现32位定时器全周期定时，看数据手册上说，16/32位定时器只能实现16位定时器8位分频计时，32/64定时器实现32位定时器16位分频，具体到实现过程是什么过程，官方有例程么？

2.你去数据手册找，有具体的过程
3.如果你用库的话，直接用函数配置参数即可，不用管过程
