CCS导入别人的project失败，提示please install the ARM v5.1 compiler before importing this project

import project之后就提示这个：

ccs版本：v5.4        ARM compiler 版本：V5.0.4      已Licensed

尝试了几种方法都无法解决：

1.HELP——>install new software，然后选择ALL avaliable sites，提示there are nocategorized items



2.help——>check for updates,提示


3.找到 ARM compiler tools，点击下面的update，同样提示no updates were found
