如果不用外部晶振，而程序中初始化时钟时使用外部晶振的话，复位后就无法连接仿真器了。可以使用LMFlashProgrammer的解锁把芯片的程序都擦掉。

经常遇到外接晶振虚焊或者外围电容参数使用不当的时候，
表现为第一次可以写入程序，以后都再也不能连接Jtag了。
这时候如果可以解锁并写入一次程序的话，一般都是这些问题。
