ROM_SysCtlClockFreqSet 函数固化在ROM中。
MAP_SysCtlClockFreqSet函数实际上就是ROM_SysCtlClockFreqSet 。查一下头文件就清楚了。
SysCtlClockFreqSet 函数编译后在Flash中运行。
上述函数功能是一样的。
是不是调用ROM中的函数，效率更加高呢，或者说有其他的优势，相比Flash调用？
调用ROM中的代码的话，可以省Flash的空间。代码在ROM中运行的速度也会比在Flash中运行稍快。
如果ROM中这么有优势的话，那为什么还要用flash中的函数呢
ROM中只集成了外设驱动库的源码，且ROM中的代码不能修改。
当然TI会放出外设驱动库的源码，这样你可以都放在Flash中去运行。而且你可以自己灵活的修改源码。
