LP-XDS110ET: XDS110插入USB后没有响应，无法修复

我LP-MSP432P401R上的XDS110插入USB之后没有任何响应，采用其他XDS110用uniflash烧写bootloader到该板卡上的TM4C1294芯片上，这一步非常顺利烧写成功。但按照指南把TDO（97脚）短路到地，板卡上电，PC无法看到DFU设备，所以无法进入下一步xdsdfu下载firmware工作，不知是什么问题？
