求EK-TM4C1294XL开发板固件库，另外在板子上没有找到串口转换新品，程序是如何烧录的
去官网下载TI WARE软件包，固件库就在里面了,下载的话，自带下载电路的，也可以用JTAG接口下载

程序通过JTAG烧录。开发板上集成了ICDI仿真器，实际上这个仿真器是用一颗TM4C123x做的。
串口的话，上述仿真器也具备串口转USB的功能，通过USB接口连到电脑。
