最近在试着把TMS570LS20216 这款芯片与ACTEL的FPGA JTAG串成菊花链使用，一直没有成功，扫描不到device，好像在仿真器扫描的时候需要配置文件，想问问JTAG菊花链该如何使用。谢谢
又查了一下，不同器件JTAG菊花链需要DEVICE的BSDL（边界扫描描述）文件和IRlength。现在问题来了：TMS570LS20216 BSDL文件哪里有啊。
