你有没有操作JTAG接口呢，用JLINK找不到，试试用LM串口识别下，只要不是电源的问题，不可能坏的
可以使用LMFlashProgrammer试试能不能进行解锁。
建议同时检查一下外围电路是否有问题，129x的GPIO不兼容5V的。
也看看有没有可能是静电引起的损坏。
