我的电机是48V1000W的直流无刷电机 ，想用这两种方案做驱动，这个驱动芯片的电压最大是32V，如果给芯片一个DCDC降一下电压，mos用48V供电行不行？

可以的，驱动芯片通过适当的MOS管来控制更高电压的设备，这个跟单片机通过三极管控制继电器或扬声器，LED一样。
好像不行芯片有一个uvw反馈可能不能用吧
