在uboot之初始化cpu的过程中调用了void prcm_init(void)。真个函数。这个函数是针对arm mpu输入频率的调整。这个时候的代码应该运行在片内sram中。如果这个时候动态的调整了输入的频率，会不会影响cpu的稳定性。诸如：程序跑飞了这样的情况？
