AM2434: 代码段放在外置DDR中无法仿真debug

CCS版本为12.1.0，我把代码段放在外置DDR中，地址 为0x90000000，用XDS110在线仿真debug的时候，会提示无法访问memory block 0x90000000，如下图所示

所以代码段在外置DDR中，应该怎么正常仿真代码？CCS要怎么设置?
