这个问题如果你安装的是Ghost的系统，无论是32位还是64位这个问题都会有，解决办法如下：
1、从网上下载mdmcp.inf和usbser.sys这两个系统文件
2、将mdmcpq.inf拷到 C:windows\inf\
将usbser.sys 到 C:windows\system32\drivers\
3、最后使用360更新一下系统在重新启动，再次安装就可以了
PS：上面的问题只要我重装系统都会出现，使用上述解决方法从无失败
